• Refine chosen concept based on your feedback.

• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections.

• Integrate functional layouts, natural light optimisation, and space efficiency.

• Provide preliminary materials and finishes recommendations.

Stage 4 – Planning Approval Documentation (DA/CDC)

• Prepare all necessary drawings and documentation to meet council or certifier submission standards.

• Coordinate with planning consultants, engineers, and surveyors where needed.

• Submit Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) on your behalf.

• Respond to any council/certifier requests for amendments.

Stage 5 – Construction Documentation

• Produce final working drawings for builder pricing and construction.
